General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and fg555 ("fg555", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the fg555 online betting and casino platform available at fg555.club and any associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, or applications (collectively, the "Platform").

Eligibility & Age Restriction

fg555 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity documentation from any player at any time. Such documentation may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by fg555 support will result in temporary suspension of the account pending resolution.

Account Registration

To access the full range of fg555 services, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals, you must create a registered account on the Platform. The following rules apply to all fg555 accounts:

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active fg555 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or via third-party proxies — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, fg555 reserves the right to close all associated accounts without prior notice, forfeit any pending withdrawals, and void any wagers placed across those accounts.

Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false or misleading registration information — particularly with respect to age or identity — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your fg555 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. fg555 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure. Account Verification (KYC)

fg555 may require players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features. KYC verification may require submission of one or more of the following: a copy of a valid National Identity Card (NID), a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your registered address, and confirmation of your payment method (e.g., the bKash or Nagad account registered to your name). Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the fg555 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through fg555:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though fg555 reserves the right to apply individual account limits based on responsible gaming assessments.
• Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer.

• fg555 does not charge any fees on deposits. Any charges levied by your payment provider are entirely outside fg555's control and are your responsibility.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to you through your account settings or upon request to support.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of player funds.
• Standard withdrawal processing time to bKash and Nagad is approximately 15 to 30 minutes from the time of the approved request. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

Sports Betting

fg555 offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds are expressed in decimal format and are denominated in BDT (৳). All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled after placement except where the Platform explicitly offers a cash-out or bet edit feature for the relevant market.

In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without the required minimum play being completed (as specified per sport in the market rules), fg555 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. Where a minimum play threshold has been met, fg555 may settle markets based on the results at the time of abandonment in accordance with the applicable market rules.

Casino & Live Games

Prohibited Practices

Personal Use Only

Account Suspension & Closure

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, abuse of promotions, or provision of false registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by fg555 support.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any illegal purpose.
• Use of the Platform by a person under 18 years of age.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion made through the responsible gaming tools or via support.
• Prolonged account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be flagged as dormant. Dormant account handling terms will be communicated to the relevant player via their registered contact details prior to any action being taken.

Voluntary Closure
